The new efficient hand blower Oval-HB in connection with the welding gun MINI-electronic.
The Oval-HB blower is the mobile, light and compact air supplier for MINI-electronic and thus enables the use of a small and handy welding gun in the workshop, on construction sites and assembly sites. Powerful 360 liters/min ensure problem-free air delivery to the welding gun for fast and efficient welding of thermoplastic materials. The motor of the Oval-HB also comes from the Oval-Line and is a strong and service-friendly drive from German FORSTHOFF production with cut-off carbons to prevent damage to the collector after the carbons have been used up. The collector carbon can of course be changed several times with this device. The easy-to-remove strainers on the motor housing enable the filters to be cleaned quickly.
The protective-insulated welding gun MINI-electronic is ideal for plastic locksmiths and container builders due to its light weight and handiness. The heating power of 1500W is infinitely variable from 20 to 700°C and is kept electronically constant. The amount of air required can also be individually adjusted using an additional rotary knob. If required, the welding gun can also be fitted with an M 10 threaded nozzle. This plug-on nozzle allows the use of screw-on quick-welding nozzles, which are often used in plastic and container construction due to their high stability. The MINI-electronic welding gun can be equipped with numerous accessories to weld plastic plates, pipes, parts and containers. Including a 5mm round nozzle.
